QUESTION: How do I know that your games are kid-appropriate?

ANSWER: Upon booking your party, please let us know if you have concerns. We will address concerns on an individual basis and ensure that games are appropriate.

QUESTION: What time should I have guests arrive?

ANSWER: Your guests should arrive one hour or half-hour before our arrival time — that way they eat first (if your event includes food) this way they can all see the grand arrival of our mobile video game theater!

QUESTION: What time will you arrive?

ANSWER: We will arrive after your guests have eaten (or approximately 45 minutes to an hour after the official start of your event).

QUESTION: Is there an additional charge for guests over 24 people?

ANSWER: We always bring the full game library to every event and your Game Coach will evaluate your needs to make your event successful. Yes. You may bring your own games if you'd like. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage of your games.
